Visit & Tasting

Unique monolith cellar

Since the Middle Ages, the center of Saint Emilion has underground cellars monoliths. Located in the heart of Saint Emilion, Clos des Menuts is known for enjoying one of the most beautiful and largest (550m2), conducive to the development of its Grand Cru in ideal conditions of temperature (12°C), humidity and calm protected from light. There is a "religiosity" conducive to the aging of these great wines in oak barrels.
The Cellars are a popular stopover point for many visitors to the medieval city.

You will stroll along endless rows of bottles and walls sometimes enhanced with sculptures made from stone. Once climbed up the cellar, you will finally have the pleasure of tasting this grand cru as well as all the wines the Family RIVIERE, owner for 5 generations.
